Curb Daddy Property Services LLC provides exterior property services that may include pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and other property maintenance services.
The exact scope of work, pricing, and service details will be listed in the customer's estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Estimates are based on information available at the time they are prepared and may be subject to change if property conditions, measurements, accessibility, requested services, or the scope of work changes.
Unless otherwise stated, estimates are valid for 30 days.
Additional work not included in the original estimate may result in additional charges with customer approval.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and areas where services will be performed.
Customers should ensure that gates are unlocked, windows and doors are securely closed, and vehicles, decorations, furniture, electronics, and fragile items are moved away from work areas when necessary.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services.
Certain services may require a deposit before scheduling or before materials are purchased.
Unpaid balances may be subject to reasonable late fees, collection costs, or other charges permitted by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling services.
Curb Daddy Property Services LLC reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation, trip, or rescheduling fee for repeated cancellations, same-day cancellations, or situations where technicians arrive and cannot access the property.
Curb Daddy Property Services LLC is not responsible for damage or failure caused by pre-existing property conditions, including but not limited to:
Cleaning may reveal damage, staining, oxidation, or discoloration that was previously hidden by dirt, algae, mildew, or organic buildup.
Curb Daddy Property Services LLC uses industry-appropriate cleaning methods based on the surface being treated.
While every reasonable effort is made to achieve high-quality results, certain stains and conditions may not be completely removable.
These may include rust, oil, grease, paint, oxidation, mineral deposits, hard-water staining, efflorescence, permanent discoloration, deeply embedded contaminants, and other conditions that are not caused by ordinary dirt or organic growth.
Window cleaning results may be affected by pre-existing conditions including scratches, failed seals, fogging, mineral deposits, hard-water staining, oxidation, damaged frames, torn screens, cracked glass, or deteriorated caulking.
Curb Daddy Property Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing defects or damage that becomes more visible after cleaning.
Reasonable precautions will be taken to protect landscaping, plants, fixtures, and surrounding property during service.
Customers should notify Curb Daddy Property Services LLC before service of any particularly sensitive plants, damaged fixtures, electrical concerns, water intrusion concerns, or other special property conditions.
Customers are responsible for preparing the property before service. This may include closing all windows and doors, securing pets, removing vehicles from work areas, moving outdoor furniture and decorations, and protecting any items that should not be exposed to water or cleaning solutions.
If the property is not reasonably prepared, certain areas may not be cleaned or additional charges may apply when extra labor is required.
Services may be delayed, rescheduled, suspended, or canceled due to rain, freezing temperatures, severe weather, unsafe working conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Curb Daddy Property Services LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work when conditions are considered unsafe for employees, customers, equipment, or property.
Any concern regarding possible damage should be reported to Curb Daddy Property Services LLC as soon as reasonably possible after service.
Curb Daddy Property Services LLC must be provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect the area before repairs, alterations, or corrective work are performed by another party.
We want our customers to be satisfied with the services they receive.
If you have a concern with completed work, please contact Curb Daddy Property Services LLC promptly so we have an opportunity to review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution.
Certain jobs may require a deposit to secure scheduling, reserve equipment, or purchase materials.
Deposit requirements will be communicated before service is scheduled. Deposits may be non-refundable when a customer cancels after materials have been purchased, special arrangements have been made, or within a stated cancellation period.
